Employers wishing to report electronically should do so in accordance with the following instructions.


Reports must be filed by two monthly transmissions not less than twelve days or more than sixteen days apart. We will accept files sent on CD or diskette. Follow the Federal specification for 1S and 2S Supplement Records. The file name should be "Newhire.txt".

Multistate employers wishing to report in Idaho must get advance approval from Idaho New Hire Section at 1-800-627-3880.

The diskettes should be labeled and mailed as outlined below:
